The Hornets were 26-1 in 1950-51 and won the County and Sectional. They were also Regional Runner-ups. They got to eat out that year.

Waveland football 1901

 This a picture of the first Waveland football team with a schedule of games.  They played Rockville twice and won both games and played two with Crawfordsville winning the home game and losing the one played at Crawfordsville.  The players are listed as follows:
